The Timber Tramway Museum operates out of the former Alexandra railway station and displays a wide range of locomotives, rolling stock and machinery, which was used by the logging industry in the Rubicon Forest. This is an extensive collection, which also incorporates items from the Alexandra Historical Society and is well worth a visit.
